This class will teach you how to safely lengthen muscles and release areas of tension associated with low back pain, sciatic nerve pain and general stiffness/soreness. In this relaxing, calm environment we will help restore your body to its natural state.

  • About The Instructor: Jonathan Hardwicke - Jonathan is not only extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals, but he has been teaching youths and adults martial arts and fitness for over 10 years. He holds multiple world titles in martial arts and is certified in fitness by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
