Join this class to get fit, have fun and instill life-long wellness habits in your children!  This class includes fun moves to get both your little one and your heart pumping, build strength, muscle tone, coordination and flexibility.  Have fun bonding with your child and making new friends with other parents and children.  Having a place to be active during winter months can be especially helpful for young children and parents alike.  Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.  Please bring bottled water and an exercise or yoga mat.

About the Instructor: Jill Patterson RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified
Fitness Instructor. She has 12 years of experience as a dietitian for school districts and has been
teaching fitness classes to people of all ages for 15 years. Jill is passionate about helping people
live their healthiest and happiest lives!
