Yoga: Beginners Yoga Stretch, Strengthen, & Breathe
Bring your yoga mat to this 5-week slow movement class! This class will help create balance, flexibility and strength through the practice of simple yoga postures and breath. You will discover the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of stretching and deep abdominal breathing.
There will be no class on May 27th.
Instructor: Cindy Paolino
Loosen up the tight muscles and joints, while slimming down with stretching exercises and easy to learn yoga moves.
