Adult yoga class.
Lose your breath. Find your breath. Alignment is the key to increasing physical well being as well as keeping safe as you flow through a series of yoga postures.  Classes will focus on flowing postures drawing on the breath as your inner source of power during this energizing class.  Each class blends yoga with cardio that will bring the mind, body and breath in balance.  This practice is best for those who have some yoga experience and enjoy a challnging class.  Please bring a yoga mat & water.
