This course is designed to get you started on your path of bringing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness into your daily life.  Based on traditional techniques you will experience increased awareness, clarity and focus while learning to reduce the effects of anxiety and stress.  You will begin to enjoy a deep sense of calm.  Includes a 20 minute meditation.  Please bring something to sit on such as a pillow, blanket, chair etc.
