Come learn this ancient practice! You will experience various styles of meditation that incorporate focus, mindfulness, reflective, and visual meditations as well as topics of awareness to incorporate into your daily living. This is a class of positive transformation to living a more peaceful, joyous and balanced life.
Please come dressed comfortable. There are chairs available but you may bring a mat and/or cushion if you'd like to sit on the floor.
Tia initially became interested in meditation at the age of 4 when living in Greece.
She has studied various forms since then and continues to practice and teach this ancient tradition today!
