For high school and middle school students interested in running cross country in the fall or any athlete looking to get in great shape for their fall sport. This four week training program will incorporate endurance runs, speed and hill work as well as strength training and stretching techniques. Although not required, it is recommended that runners have a baseline of being able to run 20-25 minutes 3xs per week for middle schoolers, and 35-40 minutes 4-5xs per week for high schoolers. This is to maximize the training and avoid injury.
