Join Stott Pilates instructor Brenda Martin for this 45 minute pilates based gentle stretching class designed to wake up your body from head to toe.
Learn to properly stretch using pilates principles (proper alignment, muscle isolation, core awareness and proper posture). Begin with standing stretching then move onto the mat for some basic pilates exercises designed to bring you a new sense of body awareness, better posture and a more flexible body.
(All fitness levels welcome). Must be able to get up from and down onto a yoga mat.
Don't forget to bring your yoga mat.
Minimum 4 people to run this class.
