45 Min-Children are sitting on a daily basis; at school, in the car, and in front of mechanical devices.  These long periods of time causes the sensory system, the attention center of the brain, to stop receiving information which shuts or slows down. When a child practices physical movement, the body and brain become active and alert; adding mindfulness breathing allows oxygenates to the blood and brain cells.  Teaching children physical mindful awareness(yoga) helps maintain the natural wisdom and radiance of one's self.
