Yoga: Somatic Stretch, Strengthen, & Breathe On line ZOOM Register View Cart

Yoga pose.
You will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks & strap optional.  This class is designed with somatic stretch poses.  We use the stretch reflex in a cooperative way to affect the body in a deeper level.  This practice uses the mind-body connection to help you survey your internal self and listed to signals your body sends about areas of pain, discomfort or imbalance.  These practices allow you to access more information about ways you hold on to your experiences in body.  You will connect mind-body through breath and movement which will improve the overall condition of the body in balance, flexibility and strength.

  • Loosen up the tight muscles and joints, while slimming down with stretching exercises and easy to learn yoga moves.
