Total Body Pilates
This 45 minute pilates mat class will stretch and strengthen your entire body from head to toe! Learn the 5 basic principles of pilates, create body awareness, improve your posture and be your best self in 2019!  Please bring a yoga mat to class.  All fitness levels are welcomed in this class.  Modifications can be made for most injuries and body challenges.
