Pilates Barre
This is not a dance class!  No tutus required!

Pilates tone/core/barre is a great new class designed to tone your muscles, strengthen your core and work your body at the barre.  This class is 45 minutes. We will work at the barre, move to the mat and incorporate hand weights (your own) into the exercises for an all over strengthen and tone routine.  You will definitely get a great all over body workout as well as some cardio.  

Please bring a yoga mat and hand weights to class.
