This class is for beginners/intermediate
Students will practice fitness and conditioning while learning kicks, strikes, rolls, falls, and basic self-defence in an environment that emphasizes respect, self-control, and teamwork. Skills to be covered will include:
Karate (Blocking, striking hands & feet, combination drills)
Judo (Rolls, falls and break falling)
Basic personal safety and situational awareness
Certificate of Achievement will be awarded after every 6 week session
No uniform reguired
